Lead DevLog #3
The crew is finally together and it's starting to show through teamwork.
The lead artist made us some assets which were really needed. We now have
-Pieces for the game board.
-Timer
-Backgrounds and color schemes for each difficulty.
Our programmers have made the game's core fully functional and working. The bug that we've come across last week was a bit too time consuming and a huge inconvenience, but I believe they can bring back the pace. As of now, they're implementing the timer.
I, myself have worked on the GDD's final draft. About 5 or so pages of what I've got down about our game.
Our playtest reports indicate that the game does feel a bit sluggish for what it's supposed to be. Taking that into account, we will be working on a way to optimize and improve on it.
